MS-4100G&L-LW (Lightweight)
MS-4100G&L-LW is a lightweight high solids, heavy duty, non-slip deck coating formulated with special epoxy resins and aggregates to give maximum adhesion on aircraft carrier, surface vessels and US Coast Guard aviation flight & hangar decks and provide non-slip protection for aircraft, rolling equipment and personnel. Its lighter weight is easier to apply and handle, while helping to reduce ship weight. Its solvent free formulation is more environmentally friendly and reduces reporting requirements under NESHAP rules. Fire retardant in the cured state, MS-4100G&L-LW is resistant to fire and jet blast, most acids, alkali's, solvents, grease, oil, salt water, detergents, alcohol, gasoline, jet fuels, cellulube and other hydraulic fluids. Because of its tenacious bond, rust will not creep under the coating if fractured. MS-4100G&L-LW improved aggregate formulation lasts longer and reduces cable wear.

MS-8000 LT series non-skids are low temperature cure, high solids, heavy duty, non-slip deck coatings formulated with special epoxy resins and aggregates to give maximum adhesion on aircraft carrier flight decks and provide non-slip protection for aircraft, rolling equipment and personnel. Its ultra high solids formulation is more environmentally friendly and reduces reporting requirements under NESHAP rules.

Fire retardant in the cured state, MS-8000 LT is resistant to fire and jet blast, most acids, alkali’s, solvents, grease, oil, salt water, detergents, alcohol, gasoline, jet fuels, cellulube and other hydraulic fluids. Because of its tenacious bond, rust will not creep under the coating if fractured.

Recommended Uses: For faster turn around time in low temperature environments with deck temperatures of 35°F and up. MS-8000 LT series non-skids can be used in US Navy cable arrested aircraft landing areas and general use areas, making this a versatile non-skid for all decking areas. Its improved aggregate formulation lasts longer and reduces cable wear.

MS-11CZ LT Surface Primer is a low temperature curing, heavy duty, anti-corrosive modified epoxy primer which forms a tough abrasion resistant film that protects the substrate from salt and chemical attack. Additionally, MS-11CZ LT is a HAPS free primer which contains specially formulated zinc complexes which provide “State of the Art” cathodic protection against corrosion of steel decks on Navy vessels. This unique ability allows MS-11CZ LT to meet the extreme demands of a system in marine environments. MS-11CZ LT provides excellent protection of surfaces against aggressive and corrosive environments.

MS-11CZ LT Surface Primer is designed to be used in conjunction with American Safety Technologies high performance non-slip decking products and meets the low volatile organic compound requirements of California and NAVSEA air pollution guidelines.
